Doctor in medicine and neurosciences (Sorbonne Université UPCM – Paris VI), psychanalyst, writer. His researches were first focused on neurophysiology, theory of mind and cognitive imagerie in schizophrenia. Since 2007 I reoriented my researches towards the the reinterpretation of the history of art through integrative knowledge, including medecine, neuroscience and psychoanalysis. I have published the first pathobiography of the American painter James Whistler, and of the French painter Gustave Courbet. I have been a professor at l’European Psychiatric Association (EPA) and a supervisor for young psychoanalists in APEP. Since 2016, I coordinated psychotherapy course for trainees in psychiatry (Paris region).
