He is a griot, storyteller, writer and teacher of Modern Letters in Dakar. He tells stories on stage and publishes books of tales. Massamba Gueye is also a poet. He works regularly for the Radio Télévision Sénégalaise where he hosts shows on poetry and African tales. Educator, he is in charge of writing workshops at the Maison de la Culture Douta Seck in Dakar and a companion for Model United Nations. Massamba Guèye is a member of the scientific committee of the Observatoire de la Musique et de l’Art (OMART). He is regularly invited by the Centre Culturel Français to tell his stories and give lectures.
